From surface preparation to the final finish.

01 — Inspect the Slab
Every floor starts with a thorough inspection. We assess the concrete, identify cracks, damage, moisture and existing coatings before work begins.

02 — Prepare the Surface
The concrete is mechanically ground and thoroughly cleaned to remove contaminants and create the correct surface profile for maximum adhesion.

03 — Repair & Prime
Cracks, joints and imperfections are repaired before the floor is primed. This creates a clean, stable base for the coating system.

04 — Apply the Coating
The chosen epoxy system is professionally applied across the prepared slab — whether it's solid colour, flake, metallic, quartz or non-slip.

05 — Final Finish
The floor receives its final protective coat and is left to cure properly. The result is a seamless, durable epoxy floor built for everyday use.
